Original Research Article

Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis Equilibrium (MBE) welcomes original research articles that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in management and business. Manuscripts should present clearly defined research problems, relevant theoretical foundations, rigorous research methods, and findings that provide meaningful theoretical and practical contributions.

Original research may employ quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods. Empirical case studies are included in this category when they apply a systematic research approach and provide contributions beyond a description of an individual organization or business practice.

Manuscripts should include the following components:

  1. Title.

  2. Author names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses.

  3. Abstracts in Indonesian and English, accompanied by keywords.

  4. Introduction.

  5. Literature Review.

  6. Research Methods.

  7. Results and Discussion.

  8. Conclusion.

  9. Recommendations.

  10. Acknowledgments, where applicable.

  11. References.

All submissions must comply with the journal’s Author Guidelines and article template. Manuscripts must be original, must not have been previously published, and must not be under consideration by another journal.
