Authors who publish with Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis Equilibrium (MBE) agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright and Publication Rights
   Authors retain copyright to their articles and grant Jurnal MBE the right of first publication.

2. Open Licensing
   Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license permits others to copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes, subject to the license terms.

3. Attribution
   Users must credit the authors, acknowledge the original publication in Jurnal MBE, provide a link to the license, and indicate whether changes have been made. Attribution must not imply endorsement by the authors or the journal.

4. ShareAlike
   Adapted material must be distributed under the same license or a compatible license recognized by Creative Commons. Users may not impose additional legal or technological restrictions that limit the rights granted by the license.

5. Author Distribution
   Authors may deposit and share the published version in institutional repositories, personal websites, and scholarly platforms, provided that the original publication is acknowledged and the article’s DOI or journal URL is included.

6. Third-Party Material
   Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce third-party material when required. Any material excluded from the article’s Creative Commons license must be clearly identified through an appropriate credit line.
