Authors Guidelines
Articles are typed on A4 paper (21 x 29.7 cm) top/bottom/left/right margins in order: 4/3/4/3 cm, using book Antiqua 12 letters, 1 space spacing of 15-20 pages including references.
TITLE (maximum 20 words capitalized at the beginning of each word, using Book Antiqua 12 letters)
Author identity includes: Author name, Institutional Identity and Email
ABSTRACT
Abstract in two languages, namely Indonesian and English (75-200 words). The abstract should consist of the background of the problem (one sentence, it should not exist), the purpose of the study, the concise research method, the main results of the findings including new facts, key conclusions, and implications.
Keywords: keywords separated by commas, (there are at least 3-5 keywords)
INTRODUCTION (Book Antiqua)
The core introduction contains a description of the problem or the reason for the research or a logical statement that leads to the main hypothesis or theme. The Introductory Section should consist of:
- General background of the study (tips: try a maximum of one paragraph);
- State of the art or a brief review of other (previous) similar research literature to justify the novelty of research in this article (tips: one to two paragraphs);
- The reference library in the state of the art section of previous research should be up-to-date, relevant, and original (primary library) the literature review is not very extensive;
- Gap analysis or statement of gaps or novelty or novelty based on state of the art (the statement of gaps should contain two elements, namely in terms of the importance of research and what is the uniqueness or novelty of this research compared to previous research2);
- Hypotheses (if any) are stated not always expressed and unnecessarily in the form of question sentences.
- Research objectives
- Problem formulation
The Proportion of Introduction is 15-20% of the total length of the article.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Sub chapter (Book Antiqua 12, Bold), example:
Influence of Variable X1 on Variable Y
This section contains an explanation of the influence between variables which is complemented by previous research and the underlying theory. From the explanation of the influence between these variables, it is then formulated in the form of a hypothesis.
H1: Hypothesis 1, etc.
RESEARCH METHODS (Book Antiqua)
Each step is stated, including the number of repeats, all techniques/procedures are stated (name if standard, or description if the procedure is new or modified), avoid the form of command sentences in deciphering the procedure; it's not good to write "This research is a descriptive study... " or.....
Write down in full the type of research, research location, population and sample, data types and sources, data collection techniques (interviews, questionnaires or others), data analysis techniques, how to measure or benchmark variables; the already common method does not need to be written in detail, but simply refers to the reference book.
Method Proportion 15-20% of the total length of the article.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION (Book Antiqua)
The results presented in a systemic manner can be seen in the "research objectives' or "hypothesis? and should be supported by good data processing and illustrations. Narration of numbers in tables or illustrations is not required; every image and table should be referenced inside the text and vice versa; in referencing images or tables, do not use the words "above" or "below", examples avoid/should not be: "Based on Figure 1 above....", "... presented in Table 3 of the following: ..."; Be sure to examine the following in the results and discussion: 1. reflects the author's intellectuality? 2. is the author's argument logical?, 3. how does the author relate to other opinions or research results?, 4. how to relate between the results obtained and the basic concepts and or hypotheses?, 5. are there any implications of research results both theoretical and applied?, is it useful for the author's interpretation?, 6. are there any limitations to the findings?, 7. is there any over-speculation?
Note: The table has no vertical lines, for tables with headings spaced 1 (one) space, the caption headings in the size 12 table and the contents of the table adjust to avoid being separated/disconnected. The title of the image is placed above the center. The image source is placed below left align with a distance of 1 (one) space with the size adjusting so that it is not separated / interrupted.
Some things to note in writing tables, figures, and graphs, namely:
- The table is numbered in order with Arabic numerals (indicating the sequence number of the table) Example: Table 2. (is the second table)
- The table is titled above the table with a distance of 1 (one) space. Distance between table headings and table 1 (one)
- When the table or figure presented is taken or quoted from a particular source, then the source is written below the table or figure with a distance of 1 (one)
- Wherever possible the tables are presented in the same page.
- Writing data with decimal numbers using a comma (,)
- The image is numbered in sequence with Arabic numerals (indicating the sequence number of the picture). Example: Figure 2. (is the second image)
Table 1
Data Analysis
Figure 1
Image Title
Source: explained, year
Proportion of Results And Discussions 40-60% of the total length of the article.
